A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you take the next step.

Is the Traveler made for people?

Yes. The Traveler is a passenger lift that also carries everyday cargo. Galaxy lists its use as Passenger + Cargo. Its maximum combined load is 500 lbs.

How high can the Traveler travel?

The published maximum travel height is 14 feet. Share your measured height, or tell the team you are unsure, so they can review the best option for your home.

How much will my installation cost?

Your quote depends on the lift configuration and the work needed at your property. Ask for a written quote that identifies the lift, installation, site preparation, and any other applicable work.

Does my home need to look like the one in the video?

No. The video shows one Galveston-area installation. Your entry layout, travel height, clearances, and site conditions need their own review. A consultation helps determine whether the Traveler is a suitable choice.

Can I get a Traveler where I live?

Galaxy Lifts and its local dealer network advertise coverage across all 50 states. Share your ZIP code to confirm Traveler availability, installation arrangements, and service for your specific location.
